The most recent posting here is a Paper, just released, on Value Chain Management and Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas: Project Experience of Kyrgyzstan, by Christoph Arndt, Kelley Cormier and Eugene Ryazonov. This report reviews the status of value chain management in the Kyrgyz agriculture sector and works out recommendations for how to proceed in the development of agricultural value chains in Kyrgyzstan so that the poorest farmers are not excluded.
